In 2023, Pure Events was responsible for organizing the fan zone for the European Masters Games (EMG) in Tampere - the sporting event itself was attended by approximately 7,000 athletes. The fan zone offered participants and the audience a variety of experiences and activities that complemented the overall sporting event and created an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
EUROPEAN MASTERS GAMES
The fan area included, among other things:

The entrance gate to the area that directed attendees to the fan area

Pagoda event tents for activities and display stands

A scorecard that activated participants, by filling it out, participants entered the prize draw

8 different activation points where the audience could try out various sports and event-related activities

Promotion workers who constantly roamed the area, instructing participants and ensuring the area was clean

Area set-up and tear-down, which included the completion of the fan area construction prior to the event and its dismantling after the event.
Pure Events ensured that the fan area was functional, safe and attractive to visitors throughout the event, enabling participants to have a seamless and immersive experience at the 2023 European Masters Games.
