The Pond Hockey World Cup, which will be held on January 22-23, 2027, will bring hockey to the snowy landscapes of Levi and bring together hockey fans from all over the world! Gather your own team and come experience a unique weekend full of games, Pond Hockey atmosphere and fun. The tournament will feature a large number of international teams and players, creating a truly world-class atmosphere for the event. Combined with the magical winter landscape of Lapland, the frosty snow and the unique after-game atmosphere of Levi, this event offers an experience that you will not experience anywhere else.

Pond Hockey World Cup – Registration and Payment Terms
1. Registration

Teams register by filling out the event's official registration form.
When registering, you must provide:
- team name
- the series in which the team participates
- full contact details of the team contact person (name, phone number, email address)

- address information (street address, postal code and city)

Registration is considered binding when the registration form has been submitted and the team has received a confirmation email from the organizer.

2. Series

The following series will be played in the 2027 Pond Hockey World Cup:
- Men – a competitive series aimed at active players
- Fun Hockey – a relaxed series with no level requirements (mixed, men's and women's teams)

3. Participation fee

The participation fee for the Early Bird sale is €199. The payment must be made upon registration in order for the team's registration to remain valid. The only payment method accepted for Finnish teams is MobilePay. The participation fee will not be refunded if the team cancels its participation in violation of the cancellation terms (see Cancellation terms). After the Early Bird sale, the price is €299.

4. Game format and rules

The matches are played in the traditional Pond Hockey style on outdoor ice.
More detailed game rules and match schedule will be sent to registered teams before the event.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the match program, game schedules or formats if circumstances or other organizational reasons so require.

5. Insurance and liabilities

All players participate in the event at their own risk.
The organizer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage or lost property caused to participants.
Participants are recommended to take out personal leisure or sports insurance that covers any damages that may occur during the event.

6. Weather conditions and event changes

The event will be held outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
If weather conditions prevent the event from taking place as planned, the organizer has the right to postpone or cancel the event.
If the event has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organizer (force majeure), participation fees will not be refunded.

7. Photography and communication rights

By registering for the event, the team and its players give their consent to being photographed and videotaped during the event.
Material produced at the event may be used in the communications, marketing and social media channels of the Pond Hockey World Cup and its partners without separate compensation.

8. Cancellation terms

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing by email to info@pondhockey4all.com.
- If cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event, the participation fee paid will be refunded in full.
- If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event, the participation fee will not be refunded.
If the event has to be cancelled by the organizer without a force majeure reason, participation fees will be refunded in full.
