Pond Hockey World Cup \u2013 Registration and Payment Terms
\n1. Registration<\/p>\n
Teams register by filling out the event's official registration form.
\nWhen registering, you must provide:
\n\u2013 team name
\n\u2013 the series in which the team participates
\n\u2013 full contact details of the team contact person (name, phone number, email address)<\/p>\n
\u2013 address information (street address, postal code and city)<\/p>\n
Registration is considered binding when the registration form has been submitted and the team has received a confirmation email from the organizer.<\/p>\n
2. Series<\/p>\n
The following series will be played in the 2027 Pond Hockey World Cup:
\n\u2013 Men \u2013 a competitive series aimed at active players
\n\u2013 Fun Hockey \u2013 a relaxed series with no level requirements (mixed, men's and women's teams)<\/p>\n
3. Participation fee<\/p>\n
The participation fee for the Early Bird sale is \u20ac199. The payment must be made upon registration in order for the team's registration to remain valid. The only payment method accepted for Finnish teams is MobilePay. The participation fee will not be refunded if the team cancels its participation in violation of the cancellation terms (see Cancellation terms). After the Early Bird sale, the price is \u20ac299.<\/p>\n
4. Game format and rules<\/p>\n
The matches are played in the traditional Pond Hockey style on outdoor ice.
\nMore detailed game rules and match schedule will be sent to registered teams before the event.
\nThe organizer reserves the right to make changes to the match program, game schedules or formats if circumstances or other organizational reasons so require.<\/p>\n
5. Insurance and liabilities<\/p>\n
All players participate in the event at their own risk.
\nThe organizer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage or lost property caused to participants.
\nParticipants are recommended to take out personal leisure or sports insurance that covers any damages that may occur during the event.<\/p>\n
6. Weather conditions and event changes<\/p>\n
The event will be held outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
\nIf weather conditions prevent the event from taking place as planned, the organizer has the right to postpone or cancel the event.
\nIf the event has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organizer (force majeure), participation fees will not be refunded.<\/p>\n
7. Photography and communication rights<\/p>\n
By registering for the event, the team and its players give their consent to being photographed and videotaped during the event.
\nMaterial produced at the event may be used in the communications, marketing and social media channels of the Pond Hockey World Cup and its partners without separate compensation.<\/p>\n
8. Cancellation terms<\/p>\n
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing by email to info@pondhockey4all.com<\/a>. For further information, questions and contacts:<\/p>\n info@pondhockey4all.com<\/a><\/p>\n Follow the Pond Hockey World Cup on social media:<\/p>\n
\n\u2013 If cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event, the participation fee paid will be refunded in full.
\n\u2013 If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event, the participation fee will not be refunded.
\nIf the event has to be cancelled by the organizer without a force majeure reason, participation fees will be refunded in full.<\/p>\n
